  • Device: Any device that can access the Service (computer, cell phone, tablet).

  • Terms and Conditions (Terms): This agreement between You and the Company.

  • Third-party Social Media Service: Any third-party services or content shown by the Service.

  • You: The individual or entity using the Service.

General Terms

  • These terms govern use of the Service and the agreement between You and the Company.

  • Access/use implies acceptance of these Terms by all visitors, users, and others.

  • If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

  • You must be over 18 years of age to use the Service.

  • Usage is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

  • The Privacy Policy explains data collection, use, disclosure, privacy rights, and protections.

  • Service may link to third-party sites not owned or controlled by the Company.

  • No liability/direct or indirect responsibility for losses due to such sites.

Termination

  • Maximum remedy is the amount paid by You or $100 USD if no purchases were made.

  • Company and affiliates disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory—including merchantability, fitness, title, non-infringement).

  • No guarantee the Service will meet needs, be error-free, uninterrupted, or corrected.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • Governed by laws of India, excluding conflicts of law rules.

  • Use may subject You to other local/state/national/international laws.

Dispute Resolution

  • For concerns or disputes, You should first contact the Company to try informal resolution.

Severability & Waiver

  • If any part is invalid or unenforceable, it will be adapted to meet objectives, with remaining parts still in effect.

  • Failure to enforce rights or obligations does not waive future enforcement.

  • Waiving one breach does not waive future breaches.

Translations

  • If Terms are available in other languages, English version will apply in disputes.

Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be modified or replaced at the Company’s sole discretion.

  • Material changes: Company will try to give 30 days’ notice.

  • Continuing to use Service means accepting revised terms.

  • If You don’t agree, stop using the Service.
