Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Thermal Analyst – CFD Simulations to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics, heat transfer analysis, airflow simulations, and thermal optimization for industrial and engineering applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform CFD simulations for thermal and fluid-flow analysis.
2. Develop thermal models to evaluate heat transfer, airflow, pressure drop, and cooling performance.
3. Analyze HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, electronic cooling systems, batteries, heat exchangers, and industrial products.
4. Conduct steady-state and transient thermal simulations.
5. Interpret results and recommend design improvements.
6. Collaborate with product design, R&D, and manufacturing teams.
7. Generate simulation reports with engineering recommendations and technical documentation. 8. Validate simulations through analytical calculations and experimental test data. 9. Identify thermal risks and propose engineering solutions.
10. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.
11. Optimize thermal-management strategies for energy efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.
12. Maintain simulation standards and stay current with CFD methodologies and thermal-engineering technologies.
Required Technical Skills
1. Strong knowledge of Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Thermal Management.
2. Hands-on experience in CFD simulation and thermal analysis.
3. Experience in airflow, conjugate heat transfer, natural convection, forced convection, radiation, and pressure drop analysis.
4. Understanding of turbulence models and mesh-generation techniques.
5. Ability to perform design optimization based on simulation outcomes.
6. Knowledge of thermal design principles for industrial products and HVAC applications.
7. Strong analytical problem-solving, technical documentation, and report-writing abilities.

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
M.E./M.Tech specializing in Thermal Engineering, Heat Transfer, CFD, or Energy Systems is an added advantage.
2–8 years of relevant experience in CFD simulations and thermal analysis.
Freshers with strong academic projects and internship experience in CFD may also be considered.
