Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.

About the Role

Refroid Technologies is looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Software Architect to lead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale software platforms supporting next-generation Data Center Cooling Solutions. The role involves designing highly scalable, secure, and cloud-enabled software applications that collect, process, visualize, and analyze real-time data from cooling hardware such as CDUs, immersion cooling systems, sensors, PLCs, and IoT devices. The ideal candidate should have experience building large-scale SaaS platforms, monitoring dashboards, analytics engines, and customer support applications that enable global customers to monitor equipment health, predict failures, troubleshoot issues remotely, and optimize cooling performance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture 

  1. Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade software platforms.  

  2. Define scalable, secure, and highly available system architecture.  

  3. Architect cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.  

  4. Build multi-tenant SaaS applications for global customers.  

  5. Ensure software architecture aligns with business and product strategy.  


Software Platform Development 

  1. Design and develop centralized monitoring platforms.  

  2. Build web-based dashboards for monitoring cooling infrastructure.  

  3. Create applications capable of handling millions of telemetry data points.  

  4. Develop APIs for communication between hardware and software platforms.  

  5. Design software capable of integrating multiple hardware products into a unified ecosystem.  


IoT & Hardware Integration 

  1. Integrate software with:  

  • PLCs  

  • Sensors  

  • CDU Controllers  

  • Immersion Cooling Systems  

  • Edge Devices  

  • Industrial Gateways  

  1. Collect and process real-time telemetry data.  

  2. Design secure communication using:  

  • MQTT  

  • OPC-UA  

  • Modbus  

  • REST APIs  

  • WebSockets 


Dashboard & Analytics 

  1. Build intuitive dashboards showing:  

  • Temperature  

  • Pressure  

  • Flow Rate  

  • Coolant Health  

  • Pump Performance  

  • Heat Load  

  • Energy Consumption  

  • Alarms & Alerts  

  1. Design configurable customer dashboards.  

  2. Create KPI reporting and analytics.  

  3. Enable historical trend analysis.  


Data Engineering

  1. Design architecture for high-volume time-series data.  

  2. Build scalable databases for telemetry storage.  

  3. Optimize storage for billions of sensor records.  

  4. Implement data archival strategies.  


AI & Predictive Analytics

  1. Design intelligent monitoring systems capable of:  

  • Predictive maintenance  

  • Failure prediction  

  • Root cause analysis  

  • Anomaly detection  

  • Energy optimization  

  1. Work closely with AI/ML teams.  


Customer Support Platform 

Develop software features enabling overseas customers to: 

  1. Monitor equipment remotely  

  2. Receive real-time alerts  

  3. Raise service tickets  

  4. Diagnose issues remotely  

  5. Access troubleshooting recommendations  

  6. Generate reports 

  7. Perform remote firmware updates (where applicable)  


Security 

  1. Implement enterprise-grade authentication and authorization.  

  2. Ensure data encryption in transit and at rest.  

  3. Follow cybersecurity best practices.  

  4. Design role-based access control (RBAC).  

  5. Ensure compliance with international security standards.  


DevOps & Deployment

  1. Define CI/CD pipelines. 

  2. Deploy scalable cloud infrastructure.  

  3. Optimize application performance.  

  4. Implement monitoring and logging.

Desired Experience

  1. 10–15+ years in enterprise software development.  

  2. 5+ years in Solution Architecture or Software Architecture.  

  3. Experience building enterprise SaaS products.  

  4. Experience with IoT platforms and real-time monitoring systems.  

  5. Experience designing high-availability and scalable cloud applications.  

  6. Experience with industrial automation, HVAC, manufacturing, or data center infrastructure is highly preferred.  

  7. Experience working with globally distributed customers is an advantage.  

Education

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.  

  2. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are preferred.  

  3. TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, or AWS Solutions Architect certifications are an added advantage.
