Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across manufacturing operations.
2. Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs, inspection plans, and process controls.
3. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
4. Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
5. Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
6. Manage customer complaints, warranty issues, and quality audits effectively.
7. Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives and vendor audits.
8. Coordinate with Production, Design, Procurement, and Service teams to improve product quality and reliability.
9. Establish KPIs related to rejection reduction, process capability, customer satisfaction, and quality cost.
10. Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
11. Train and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and shopfloor teams.
12. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
13. Ensure proper documentation, calibration, traceability, and testing records are maintained.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
2. Experience in electrical manufacturing industries
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
4. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA
5. Supplier Quality Management
6. Internal & External Audits
7. Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts
8. Team handling and leadership skills
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
11. 10–18 years of relevant experience in Quality Management
12. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing industries
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:
1. Switchgear Manufacturing
2. Electrical Panels
3. Transformers
4. MV/LV Electrical Systems
5. Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
6. Power & Energy Equipment
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Additional certifications in Quality Management or Six Sigma will be an advantage
