Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.
Role Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end production operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and optimal utilization of resources in HVAC/cooling/Refrigeration equipment manufacturing.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
1. Plan and manage daily production schedules
2. Ensure production targets are met with quality standards
3. Optimize manpower, machines, and materials
4. Monitor fabrication, assembly, and testing processes
5. Implement Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S practices
6. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams
7. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives
9. Reduce wastage and improve productivity
Must to have skills
1. Strong leadership and team handling (50–100 workforce)
2. Knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal, and assembly processes
3. Understanding of HVAC/Cooling/Refrigeration/Thermal systems manufacturing
4. Production planning and process optimization
Preferred Background
1. Experience in AHU, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Systems
2. Exposure to ERP systems
3. Exposure to any other environment into production department from a manufacturing industry
Notes
Production Manager may need to work in shifts based on the production schedule.
