Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.
Role Summary
Lead the vision, design, development, and commercialization of Refroid’s intelligent software ecosystem across liquid cooling, CDU, immersion cooling, and thermal management solutions. Drive a next-generation digital platform that transforms cooling equipment into smart connected assets through IoT, AI, predictive analytics, digital twins, and customer intelligence dashboards. The objective is to give customers real-time visibility, predictive maintenance capabilities, operational optimization recommendations, and business intelligence that enhance uptime, energy efficiency, and equipment life-cycle performance.
Strategic Responsibilities
Digital Product Strategy
1. Define Refroid’s software product roadmap.
2. Build software products that become recurring revenue streams.
3. Develop SaaS-based monitoring and management platforms.
4. Create customer-facing digital solutions for data centers and industrial cooling applications.
5. Lead software innovation aligned with future cooling technologies.
Enterprise Technology Leadership
1. Establish the overall technology architecture.
2. Build internal software engineering capability.
3. Manage software product lifecycle and release management.
4. Drive technology partnerships and ecosystem integrations.
Product Vision
The platform should function as a Cooling Intelligence Platform capable of monitoring every critical parameter across CDU, immersion cooling, chilled water systems, pumps, sensors, PLCs, and edge devices.
